Ingredients

The ingredients used in our products are easy to pronounce, natural and having a chemistry degree isn't needed to understand what each one does.

Olive oil

 Olive oil is the natural oil extracted from olives, the fruit of the olive tree.

Benefits:

  • Moisturizes the skin: squalene (helps hold onto moisture in skin) and vitamin E (helps to absorb & retain water)

  • Reduces the signs of aging: rich in antioxidants (increase skin collagen)

  • Promotes wound healing: anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, which can aid in wound healing.

  • Has many vitamins: including A, D, and K, as well as vitamin E

Olives

Cocoa butter

Cocoa butter is a pure, stable fat derived from cocoa beans. The beans are grounded into a paste which is then pressed to release the fat. Unlike its name, it does not contain dairy but has subtle chocolate notes.

Benefits: 

  • Rich in vitamin E

  • High amount of fatty acids, which helps hydrate the skin and improves elasticity

  • Helps create a natural barrier for the skin

  • Phytochemicals may protect against skin damage from harmful UV rays

Texas beeswax

Beeswax is a product made from the honeycomb of the honeybee and other bees. This particular beeswax is sourced from beekeepers in Texas surrounded by fragrant flowers, enhancing the rich honey aroma alongside subtle chocolate notes. 

Benefits:

  • Creates protective barrier on skin

  • Holds in moisture & reduces dryness

  • Contains Vitamin A

  • Slows the growth of fungal & bacterial infections

Beekeepers Beeswax

This 4th generation family owned company maintains bees and sells their pure beeswax as well as honey from South Dakota & Florida. They filter the wax using a family developed chemical-free filtration system that utilizes only natural forces. This results in a brilliant yellow color & sweet aroma.

Arrowroot Starch

The Arrowroot plant or Maranta arundinacea's rootstocks is dried and powderized into a powder or starch. This herbal plant is found in rainforest environments.

Crystal Salt

Pure Baking Soda

Baking Soda or sodium bicarbonate is a mineral used for cleaning, health and baking. Because of it having alkalizing benefits (ph of 9), it's helpful to an acidic body. There are many issues connected to having too much acidity and baking soda is a natural mineral that helps with that.

Aromatherapy Oil

Essential oils

A lot goes into making sure essential oils are pure and don't have pesticide residue, and heavy metals with lab testing. When used properly, it can help with different ailments and help relax or energize.

Natural Cosmetics

Cetyl Alcohol

There's a misconception about cetyl alcohol with drying out skin. In most cases, alcohol is drying, but cetyl is a fatty alcohol, having a waxy substance. Originally deriving from sperm whale oil, it now is derived from palm oil. Used in many skincare products, it's used as an emollient, emulsifier, thickener and surfactant.
